Recap video and social clips are delivered within one to two weeks of your shoot date. Everything is edited with licensed music and ready to post, send, or share without additional production work on your end.

When you're hosting clients, prospects, or members, the event is only as good as what people remember after they leave. We give you a professional recap video and social content that extends the event's reach and gives your team something concrete to point to.
If your event includes keynotes, panel discussions, or presentations you want captured in full, our presentation and talk coverage add-on pairs with the base package to give you dedicated stage coverage. A third crew member operates a second camera focused on the stage, and you get one full-length presentation video per talk, with titles and lower thirds included. Starting at +$1,500.
Once you're booked, we schedule a prep call to go over the event details: venue layout, run of show, VIPs to watch for, and any moments that can't be missed. We show up knowing exactly what we're there to capture.
Our two-person crew arrives early, gets oriented, and spends up to four hours covering your event. We're unobtrusive, fast on our feet, and focused on the documentary moments that make a recap worth watching.
We take everything back to the studio and edit your recap video and social clips within one to two weeks. You'll receive finished files ready to use across your site, email, and social channels.

Four consecutive hours on location. If your event runs longer or you need coverage across multiple days, we can scope that separately.
Raw footage isn't included in the standard package. If you'd like to retain it for future use, we can add that to your scope.
Yes. Multi-day coverage is scoped as a custom project. Reach out and we'll put together a plan based on your event schedule.
Additional social clips can be added to your package. We'll scope that based on the length and variety of footage from your shoot day.
We're based in Frederick, MD and regularly cover events throughout the DMV. For events outside the region, travel fees can be scoped into your project.
