Your event, live and on brand

For organizations that want a polished live broadcast without the production scramble. We bring the crew, the gear, and the plan, so you can focus on the event itself.

A full production crew for your next broadcast

Pressing "go live" is easy. Running a broadcast that actually captivates an online audience is a different thing. Here's what sets our livestream work apart.

Dedicated specialists, not one person doing everything

Every livestream we run is staffed by a three-person crew covering camera, audio, and lighting separately. Nobody is splitting attention between sound levels and a camera handle when you're live.

Cinema-grade cameras, clean audio, proper lighting

We use the same equipment for livestreams that we use for commercial production. Your audience sees a well-composed, properly lit feed with audio that's easy to hear and follow.

You leave with more than a broadcast

Every stream is recorded in full. After the event, the master file goes through our standard color correction and audio pass before delivery. You have a clean recording you can archive, repurpose, or share.

Who we work with

Organizations with a public-facing broadcast

If you're running a lecture series, a public panel, a product announcement, or any event with an audience beyond the room, we handle the production so the content gets the treatment it deserves. We work with the National Air and Space Museum on their lecture series, delivering a broadcast-quality live feed for an audience tuning in from anywhere.

Businesses streaming to employees or clients

All-hands meetings, leadership townhalls, and client-facing virtual events carry more weight when the production is clean. We work with companies that need a professional stream without building an in-house AV setup to get there.

How it works

1

We get aligned on the setup

Before anything else, we schedule a pre-production call to confirm your streaming platform, walk through the venue or setup, and settle on single or multi-camera configuration. We handle the logistics questions so nothing is getting solved on the day of the event.

2

The crew arrives and runs the broadcast

On the day, we're on-site early to set up and do a run-through before you go live. During the stream, the crew manages the feed from start to finish. You focus on the event. We keep an eye on everything else.

3

Your recording is delivered within a week

After the event, we process the full recording with a color and audio pass and deliver the master file within one week. It's clean, it's yours, and it's ready to use however you need it.

Frequently asked questions

We can deliver a live feed to any major streaming platform, including YouTube Live, as well as video call software like Zoom or Teams. If you have a specific platform in mind, confirm it during pre-production and we'll make sure the setup is ready.

We require a minimum of two weeks' notice before your stream date. For larger or more complex events, more lead time is better so we can plan the setup thoroughly.

Yes. Multi-camera adds coverage from multiple angles and works well for events with movement, multiple presenters, or a more produced feel. A single-camera setup handles most events just fine. We'll talk through which fits your event during the pre-production call, and multi-camera setups are priced separately.

The base scope covers the full-stream recording only. Edited cutdowns, highlight reels, or any shorter clips pulled from the recording can be scoped as a separate project. Just let us know after the event and we'll put together an estimate.

We handle the production side: the crew, the feed, the cameras, the audio. Your team is responsible for providing streaming platform credentials and access to the broadcast destination. We'll walk through exactly what we need from you during the pre-production call so nothing is missing on the day.
