Brian co-founded Purple Donut Studios and helps shape the direction of the business, bringing strategic thinking and a deep well of creative ideas to the team.

Brian's role at Purple Donut Studios is more strategic than in the day-to-day. He and Cameron stay closely aligned on the decisions that shape where the studio is headed: business strategy, growth, and the kind of big-picture thinking that keeps a creative company from getting lost in the weeds.

His first foray into video was through wedding videography, which gave him an early sense of how much a well-made video can mean to someone. He geeks out over new gear the way some people follow sports (he also follows sports), which means the Purple Donut team usually hears about the latest camera tech before anyone else does.

Brian's work is grounded in a conviction drawn from Colossians 3:23: whatever you do, work at it with all your heart. He doesn't treat that as a slogan. It shows up in how he engages with clients, how he thinks about where the studio is headed, and how he approaches anything worth doing. He brings a sense of calm and fun to go along with it — the kind of person who responds to a great idea with "Cool beans" and means it every time.
